This draft is available for transparency and review. It will take effect only after an effective date is set.
1. Share only what you may share
Only import or publish material you created or have permission and rights to use.
A public AI share link does not automatically give permission to copy or republish every prompt, response, image, file, piece of code, citation, or personal detail it contains. Giving credit does not replace permission when permission is required.
Do not remove ownership, attribution, safety, or AI-generation information in a misleading way. Do not claim that a provenance label proves accuracy, ownership, permission, professional review, or endorsement by an AI provider.
2. Respect privacy and confidentiality
Do not publish another person's private or confidential information without authorization, including:
- passwords, authentication codes, API keys, or account credentials;
- private email addresses, phone numbers, home addresses, or precise locations;
- private messages, medical or financial records, identity documents, or payment information;
- trade secrets or confidential workplace, school, or customer information; and
- intimate images or recordings shared without consent.
Do not use Rifflai to dox, stalk, track, blackmail, threaten, or profile another person for abuse.
3. Protect minors
Do not publish or promote child sexual abuse material, sexualized depictions of minors, grooming, exploitation, predatory contact, or other content that endangers a minor. This applies to real, fictional, illustrated, and AI-generated material.
4. No pornography or sexual exploitation
Do not publish pornography, explicit sexual content, sexual services, trafficking, coercive sexual content, or non-consensual intimate material.
Limited non-graphic educational, medical, historical, or safety discussion may be allowed when it is necessary to the context and does not exploit or sexualize a person.
5. No threats, harassment, hate, or violence
Do not:
- threaten, praise, or instruct serious violence;
- harass, intimidate, or coordinate abuse against a person;
- promote hatred or dehumanization based on a protected characteristic;
- celebrate mass violence or violent extremist activity; or
- encourage self-harm or dangerous challenges.
Rifflai is not an emergency service. Contact local emergency services when someone appears to be in immediate danger.
6. Do not enable harm or deception
Do not use the Service to facilitate:
- fraud, phishing, identity theft, scams, or credential theft;
- malware, unauthorized system access, or evasion of security controls;
- trafficking, exploitation, or other serious illegal activity;
- instructions intended to cause serious physical harm; or
- impersonation, fabricated provenance, or materially deceptive promotion.
7. Use care with high-stakes information
AI responses can be wrong, outdated, incomplete, biased, or misleading. Do not present an AI response as professional medical, legal, financial, accounting, or emergency advice.
Do not use Rifflai content as the sole basis for a decision that could materially affect another person's health, safety, legal rights, finances, employment, education, housing, insurance, or access to essential services.
8. Participate honestly
Do not:
- post repetitive, irrelevant, or automated promotional content;
- buy, sell, or manipulate accounts, votes, reactions, followers, or other platform signals;
- evade a restriction by using another account;
- mislead users about an affiliation, endorsement, source, or commercial relationship; or
- interfere with the Service or other users' access.
9. How to report a concern
Use the report control on the relevant content when available. If you cannot use a product control, email contact@rifflai.com and include the relevant URL and a short explanation.
Copyright complaints should follow the Copyright page. Do not include passwords, identity documents, illegal images, or other unnecessary sensitive material in a report.
10. How the rules are enforced
Rifflai may label, limit, hide, remove, or preserve content, and may restrict or close accounts, when reasonably believed necessary to protect users, the Service, third-party rights, or comply with law.
Enforcement may consider context, severity, user history, reliable reports, repeated reposting, and attempts to evade earlier action. A report alone does not prove a violation.
Rifflai does not promise that every report will receive a response, that similar cases will always receive the same outcome, or that removed content will be restored. No response time or particular result is guaranteed except where applicable law requires otherwise.
You may email contact@rifflai.com about a decision.
Accounts that repeatedly or seriously infringe intellectual-property rights may be restricted or closed. Rifflai may consider the reliability and circumstances of reports, retractions, responses, repeated reposting, and account evasion rather than using an automatic fixed-strike count.
11. Updates to these rules
These Rules may change as the Service and its risks change. The effective version will show its effective date.
