Rifflai Copyright

Rifflai has not registered a designated agent with the U.S. Copyright Office and does not claim current qualification for a safe harbor under 17 U.S.C. Section 512.

contact@rifflai.com is a general copyright-reporting channel for the Service. It is not presented as the contact information of a registered U.S. DMCA designated agent.

You may submit a report without creating a Rifflai account by emailing contact@rifflai.com. Signed-in users may also use the report control on relevant content where it is available.

A copyright report should include enough information to understand and locate the issue:

1. your name and reliable contact information;
2. whether you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act for the owner;
3. a description of the copyrighted work;
4. the Rifflai URL and a description of the material you want reviewed;
5. why you believe the use is not authorized by the owner, an agent, or the law; and
6. any source, licence, registration, comparison, or other information that may help evaluate the report.

If you intend the report to serve as a formal notice under a particular law, include every statement, signature, address, telephone number, and other item that law requires. Consider obtaining legal advice before sending a formal notice.

Do not send passwords, identity documents, illegal images, or other information that is not necessary to locate and evaluate the material.

After receiving a report, Rifflai may:

• ask for missing or clarifying information;
• check whether the identified material is available through the Service;
• limit, hide, or remove the material;
• preserve limited records needed for security, disputes, or legal obligations;
• notify the user who provided the material;
• consider a response, correction, licence, retraction, or other relevant information; or
• take no action when the material cannot be located, the report is outside copyright, or the available information does not support action.

A report is an allegation. Removing material does not mean Rifflai has finally determined that infringement occurred, and declining a request does not prevent a claimant from using remedies available under applicable law.

Rifflai does not promise a response time, removal, forwarding, restoration, or other particular outcome except where applicable law requires otherwise.

If material you provided is restricted after a copyright report and you believe the action was mistaken, you may email contact@rifflai.com and provide:

• the affected Rifflai URL or content identifier;
• a short explanation of the mistake, permission, licence, exception, or other basis; and
• reliable contact information.

A complainant may use the same channel to retract or correct a report. Rifflai may take reasonable steps to verify a response or retraction and may restore content when appropriate, but does not guarantee restoration.

If you choose to submit a statutory counter-notice or non-infringement statement, it is your responsibility to include the information and legal statements required by the applicable law. Such a process may require Rifflai to share your identity and contact information with the other party.

Rifflai may warn, restrict, or close accounts that repeatedly or seriously infringe intellectual-property rights.

There is no automatic fixed-strike count. Rifflai may consider the reliability, number, recency, and circumstances of reports; retractions and responses; court or authority decisions; repeated reposting; intentional conduct; and account evasion.

An incomplete, rejected, retracted, or successfully answered report does not automatically count against a user.

Do not use a copyright report to obtain personal information, suppress criticism, harass another person, or pursue an unrelated privacy, impersonation, trademark, defamation, account-access, or contractual dispute.

Knowingly false legal statements may create liability under applicable law.

Copyright reports and responses may contain names, contact information, legal statements, and evidence. Rifflai may share relevant information with the affected user, complainant, service provider, legal adviser, court, or authority when reasonably necessary to evaluate the matter, comply with law, or establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

Rifflai keeps copyright records only while reasonably needed for the report, related account enforcement, a dispute, security, or legal obligations. The Privacy provides more information.

Use the in-product report control, where available, for privacy, doxxing, intimate-image, impersonation, threat, security, or other safety concerns. Identify the relevant Rifflai URL and do not attach unnecessary sensitive or illegal material.

For an emergency or imminent danger, contact the appropriate local emergency service. Rifflai is not an emergency service.

Rifflai may update this page as the Service, procedures, or applicable law changes. The effective version will show its effective date.
