Rifflai User Agreement

Rifflai is currently provided without charge. Its features, limits, supported AI platforms, storage, and availability may change, pause, or end at any time.

These terms apply when you create an account, import material, or publish content through Rifflai (the "Service"). Please also read Privacy, Community Rules, and Copyright.

Submit only material you created or have both the permission and rights to use and publish. This rule covers every prompt, response, image, file, piece of code, and item of personal information in an imported conversation.

A publicly viewable AI share link does not, by itself, show that everything behind that link may be republished. You are responsible for reviewing the full preview before you publish.

Do not submit credentials, private communications, medical or financial records, trade secrets, precise location information, or another person's personal information without authorization.

You keep the rights you have in your content. By submitting content, you give Rifflai a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free permission to host, store, copy, format, display, distribute through the Service, secure, and moderate that content only as reasonably needed to operate and protect the Service.

Service providers may process the content only as needed to perform those functions. This permission is not used to sell your content, use it for cross-context behavioral advertising, or train generative AI models without a separate future opt-in.

The permission ends when the content is deleted from ordinary systems, except for limited backup, security, dispute, or legally required copies.

Follow the Community Rules. Do not infringe rights; expose private or confidential information; exploit minors; publish pornography; threaten, harass, dox, defraud, or impersonate people; facilitate serious harm or illegal activity; distribute malware or spam; manipulate engagement; evade restrictions; or interfere with the Service.

Rifflai may label, limit, hide, remove, or preserve content, and may restrict or close accounts when reasonably believed necessary to protect users, the Service, third-party rights, or comply with law.

Reports and moderation decisions depend on the available information and context. The Service does not guarantee review of every report, identical outcomes in similar cases, or restoration of content.

You may use available controls to delete eligible content or close your account. Limited records or backup copies may remain temporarily for security, disputes, technical recovery, or legal obligations. See Privacy for details.

Copyright owners may follow the Copyright process. Rifflai has not registered a U.S. Copyright Office designated agent and does not claim current qualification for a safe harbor under 17 U.S.C. Section 512.

Keep your own copy of anything important. Rifflai is not a backup service. It does not guarantee permanent storage, uninterrupted operation, complete security, error-free results, or continued compatibility with any AI provider.

AI content may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, biased, offensive, non-unique, or unsafe. Rifflai is not an emergency service and does not provide medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available." Rifflai is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, or for content and services supplied by users, AI providers, or other third parties. Nothing here limits rights or responsibilities that applicable law does not allow to be limited.

Rifflai may update the Service or this Agreement as the Service changes. The effective version will show its effective date. Material changes will be presented again when required.
